Misha was appropriately

Seems like all of my dogs have nicknames
and Misha has a multitude....although her *real* nickname is Boo. Others include
Kamikazee Kid as she is fearless when doing agility. Snake Lips as she
loves to give kisses to me when I come home from work. Misha is a really
fun dog. Unlike Raven who was quite serious....Misha thinks life is all about
having Fun! She has a very outgoing personality. Doesn't matter what she is
doing, it is always at *warp* speed. She is eager to please and is FAST!
Click on Misha's howling picture to see the video clip of her singing talents.
Misha's Motto is: WHY GO SLOW, JUST FLY LOW!!!!!
Wow can she fly low. Me and a dog nicknamed Boo.

Intensity Says It All

Still flys over jumps like a young
pup. Her desire to please and her
drive to do her best is all that she is
about.

Lots of drive. Loves to
work. Misha and I have fulfilled many dreams. I have been blessed with a
dog who has been beyond my dreams in accomplishments. We are soul mates.
Misha loves to sing and we do a grand duet together.
Misha and I have that special bond. A wonderful companion.
Thank you Misha for being my teammate!!!
Misha's alternate favorite sports are:
Chasing chipmunks and digging holes.

Tracking Adventures
Our first endeavor in the dog sports was to obtain her Tracking titles. She passed her first Tracking Test amid a thunder and lightning storm. Another unusual feature to this title was the field in which our track was held was full of huge round hay bales. She thought the hay bales were just an unusual A-Frame. She completed her TD on 2-26-1995. On 11-19-95 she flew down her TDX track and left the judges running and panting heavily behind as she make it look easy.

A "TOP GUN" Dog
Misha's true love is Agility. Her norms are to come in under course time by 15-25 seconds. The edge is a dangerous place to live, but what an adrenaline high!!! She loves buzzing the tower...going through the weave poles. She has excelled in all types of agility venues....USDAA, AKC and NADAC. She has all of her Championship titles in each of these venues. With her speed it is usually First Place or crash and burn.

USDAA Agility
.Misha obtained her USDAA
MAD AND GAMBLERS MASTERS titles in just 5 weekends
For 1997 and 1998 she placed in the Top Ten in the USDAA Gamblers rankings...
(our favorite game).
She obtained the coveted "Agility Dog Championship" title on 6-7-1998.
She needed a Snooker Super Q to finish this title. Personally
I Hate Snooker.
Thank you Deb McNamara for coming up with our winning strategy!

AKC Obedience Titles
Misha completed the requirements for her AKC Obedience C.D. (Companion Dog) title in January 1998. She completed this title in 4 shows with her best scores being 196.5 and 197 out of a possible 200 and earned a 1st and a 4th placement along the way.
In the summer of 1998 Misha completed her AKC CDX (Companion Dog Excellent) title in just 4 shows. Her best score in this division was 198.5 which was a third place. We lost a run-off to Winger, who is Ariba's sire!
In April of 1999 Misha completed the requirements for her AKC UD (Utility Dog) title in 5 shows.
MISHA WAS GRANDFATHERED INTO THE AKC RECOGNITION TITLE SYSTEM FOR VERSATILE DOGS. SHE HAS BEEN GRANTED THE TITLE OF VCD3. SEE BELOW FOR WHAT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS TITLE.
Effective January 1, 2001 the American Kennel Club is recognizing dogs that show versatility in Companion Events by earning a combination of titles in obedience, agility and tracking.

Versatile Companion Dog 4 (VCD4) - UDX,

Misha also has her Herding Instinct Certificate, showing that sheep can be fun too. But according to Misha...
sheep
are *ok*, but Agility is where it is at.
